Farheen Raza Abbas
Farheen Raza Abbas is the Host of the ‘Musings of Modern a Muslim’ podcast and “Real Talk with Farheen” on Radio Caravan. Farheen has earned the reputation as a fearless communicator that isn't afraid to talk about topics that everyone is thinking about, but not addressing. Through her Talk show and Podcast platform, Farheen Raises Awareness on issues that are important to women, family and living your best life. She's energetic, compassionate and not afraid to cover topics that are considered taboo. Farheen has appeared in multiple radio segments, TV and most notably at rallies to show support for topics related to equality. With Farheen's fearless approach to tough topics, she helps her viewers and listeners confront cultural stigmas while bringing hope and healing to all.
Education
Asmara is a full-time faculty member at Dallas College’s Brookhaven campus where she teaches courses on Government & Political Science. In 2015, she received the Focus on Excellence Award and the Innovation of the Year Award for her dedication to teaching and student engagement. During graduate school, her research focused on how electoral systems in Western Europe influence anti-Muslim sentiments. She loves teaching and is especially thankful to work on projects such as voter registration efforts and organizing events aimed at enriching students’ educational experiences.
In addition to teaching, Asmara is passionate about promoting gender equity. She is a member of IGNITE Texas State Council, where she served as the Vice Chair in 2019, and she sat on the advisory board for the Lone Star Parity Project. Both organizations focus on promoting women in politics and leadership roles. In 2019, she also joined the board of directors for WiseUp TX, an organization that is centered around energizing the Texas South Asian community to become more civically engaged.

Abdur-Rahman Zreba
Abdur-Rahman Zreba B.B.A is a healthcare project management professional with over ten years of experience in optimizing managed care service delivery through medical technology implementation, clinical integration, and quality improvement with waste reduction.
He graduated from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business undergraduate program in Managerial Science. Mr. Zreba then went on to obtain a position managing facility operations at Kaiser Permanente over an ambulatory clinic with modalities including behavioral health, infectious disease, maternal-fetal medicine, and family medicine, among others. He, subsequently, moved into a managerial role at Ingenious Med to aid in overhauling revenue cycle operations implementing software at half of the nation's top 10 Health Systems in America during the ICD-9 to ICD-10 migration.
In 2018, after observing first-hand the stark realities of healthcare disparity across the United States, he was motivated to create his own startup, ZHOM LLC, which focuses on helping clinical providers serve vulnerable patient populations more effectively through data analytics. With the aim of improving patient outcomes by delivering quality care or “Putting the Care back in Healthcare”.
He currently has attained a number of technical certifications including Professional Scrum Master (PSM), The International Association for Six Sigma Certification’s (IASSC) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) in quality improvement, and CompTIA’s Project + for Project Management. Raed Sbeit
Dr. Sbeit launched in 2018, North Texas Leadership Development Academy to train, coach and mentor professionals on latest Leadership and Process Excellence skill sets to grow their careers. Dr. Sbeit has worked as the Head of Continuous Improvement for Bechtel National Program Management Office (Mashroat). Before that Dr Sbeit was the Senior Manager, Business Network Transformation at Verizon.
Dr. Sbeit is also a previous and current professor at various campuses including UNT, UTD, UMGC and University of Cumberlands.
Dr. Sbeit earned a Doctoral in Engineering Management and MS in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has lectured on engineering management and cybersecurity courses at UNT, UTD, UC and UMUC. Dr. Sbeit is an author of ~Telecom Mergers Economical and Technological Effects, Verizon As Case Study and several papers published in International Technical conferences.
Raed is a member of several professional organizations, including as the Industry Advisory Board of Robert Morris University, Harvard Business Review, and other local Private STEM schools. Raed has also served on the boards of the City of Irving Green Advisory Board and Irving Police Advisory Board.

Antonio M. Glenn
Antonio Glenn provides pro bono estate planning and probate services through Wills for Heroes and the Dallas Volunteer Assistance Program. Antonio graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2008, with a focus in Business Law. He passed the Maryland Bar in 2010 and Texas Bar in 2016. Antonio was also selected and licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 2017. The Law Office of Antonio M. Glenn, LLC, is a solo practice specializing in small business consulting, succession planning and family estate planning. Antonio has built his practice into a profitable brand with a strong reputation by providing sound legal advice to his clients and developing lasting relationships built on a foundation of trust, rapport, and reliability. The law office has been newly formed in Maryland and Texas and named AMG Counsel, but Antonio remains committed to offering high quality, yet affordable, legal representation. Antonio is a member of the State Bar of Texas Estate Planning Section, Dallas Bar Association, the American Bar Association Business Law and Estate Planning Section.

Saadia Ahmed
Saadia Ahmed graduated in International Studies from Austin College where she intensified her commitment to serving the community. She has 8 years of marketing experience. She is a community and thought leader in Dallas/Fort Worth in addition to being the founder and adviser to numerous nonprofit and community initiatives.
She was awarded the "Trailblazer" award by Texas Muslim Women's Foundation, "Community Leader of the Year" award by CAIR DFW, and the first “Unsung Hero” by Radio Azad.
Her areas of expertise include event planning, social media optimization, individual major giving, and annual fund development.
Healthcare
Nimra Sarfaraz
Nimra Sarfaraz is a nephrologist with Dallas Renal Group in Mansfield. She is a course director for Nephrology Business Leadership University, a yearly conference for nephrology fellows across the country delving into the economic and business aspects of practice. She is one of the founding members of Muslims Thrive, a New York based non-profit devoted to fostering mental wellness through conversation in the community.
She believes in working towards a world without healthcare disparity and has worked with organizations such as IMANA, SAMS and more recently MedGlobal alongside which she has worked in providing medical relief to refugees, displaced persons and those most vulnerable.
Recently, she is honing her skills with point of care ultrasound and has taken on the role of community outreach liason for American Muslim Health Professionals, Texas.
